Daybreak programmatically aggregates publicly accessible RSS news feeds. All headlines, excerpts, and images remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers, and each item points directly at the original source article.
At a reader's explicit request, Daybreak additionally fetches the article page itself and presents its text in a built-in reader view. Paywalls are never bypassed; where only a teaser remains, or a publisher blocks the request, Daybreak shows the feed summary and links to the original instead. That text likewise remains entirely the copyright of the publisher concerned; Daybreak claims no rights in it and caches it only briefly.
